Embrace is all about finding comfort in discomfort, trusting yourself, even when things feel uncertain or scary. When we're floating in water, we have to let go, trust the flow, and allow ourselves to be carried and accepting the discomfort of vulnerability. But it’s only then that we can discover that we are strong enough to drift through the flows and currents, trusting wherever they lead.
